Hi Kristina, I hope this message finds you well. I have been thoroughly enjoying your videos and find them incredibly inspiring. As a senior biology student, I’m curious about your academic journey. Could you share whether you pursued a Master's or a PhD? Thank you for your time and insights!

I made a bubble water fountain the hummingbird I won’t touch the water fountains and the feeders above it but she won’t even touch the water fountain. Some now we see another hummingbird harassing her. My feeds are not the problem they have perch on them they love the feeders.

Do only the environmental scientists or the wildlife biologists go to various field stations or sites? Or do they also have people who work 'under them' like technicians? (environmental technicians)

Not smart to go for a career where the average salary is less than $70k. I'd like to go into a number of fields mentioned, I'm very passionate about the betterment of all species in our planet. Unfortunately, all of these careers need a higher salary for people to actually be able to benefit financially from being in them. I wish humans would stop paying mind to celebrities and sports and focus on what matters, community, health. Money is going into the wrong pockets.

I'm good into my senior year and don't plan to have kids. I don't really like the idea of going into ecology. I'm taking AP biology next year and I want to research animals because I love animals. I like the idea of traveling and I want to be flexible with what I research but I really want to try to work with reptiles and amphibians if I can. But I want to be flexible. I don't really have a lot of animal work places near me but I'm trying to apply to a local pet store.

There's not a lot of job stuff near me related to animals other than a pet store. I'm not sure if that be too good but I do volunteer for Key Club.

Graduated HS in 2020, probably the worst time to enter college. Besides the virus, I was also immature emotionally. Four years later, I'd like to think I've grown. Regardless, I ended up flunking out after my second year and I've been working retail for 2+ years, partly because my experiences scared me from returning. But now that I'm 22, I want to find something that's fulfilling in my life, and I plan on volunteering at my local animal shelter to see if I want to work with animals/wildlife.

Best advice I can give you and everyone in the comments is "take away the pressure of having to decide what you think you should be doing for the rest of your life.1) First discover what is it that you don't want to be doing, that'll help you make it more clear to what is you like. 2) What is it that you're curious about? Usually following what you can see yourself wanting to know more works better in the long term than what you fantasyse about 3) What would you do if money wasn't an issue and you'd be willing to do for free? 4) Know at the end of day no life worth living is without risks. Better to risk and give it a real shot than spending your life wondering 5) why would you rather be mediocre in a safer career when you can be extraordinary if you follow your dreams? 6) Have to many interests? Probably because you never really explored most of them besides thinking about them. Put all your interests on paper, look at them and write what attracts and doesn't attract you about them. Maybe some are meant as a hobby, maybe some could be pursued professionally. But focus on your priorities right now. Again don't let the pressure of having it all figured out haunt you. Free yourself from that. 7) If you really like wearing multiple hats maybe you're meant to have your own business. Hope this helps!

I'm sure this is going to get me some hate. However, it's ironic that at the exact same time you put up "Don't feed bears," I was thinking about feeding feral cats to the bears and how that would work.

Retconning history as if “indigenous” people (people who arrived before Europeans) were cultivating and intentionally growing anything. When in reality they just gathered and harvested what they found in the wild. They had no conception of how to grow crops, till, sew seeds, water, etc..
